There are a variety of web tools that will assist you in presenting or preparing. The following tools offer free versions and allow you to be more productive as well as tech savvy.

This presentation tool is a quick download from the Internet. It allows the user to use the Control key with the numbers 1, 2, or 3 to zoom into the screen, turn the mouse into a marker, annotate, or put a timer on the screen. This is a WINDOWS application.
Note: If you have a Macintosh computer, you can use the green Zoom button in Mac OSX programs, or a variety of programs titled: Right Zoom or free image zoom 1.0.

To install Zoomit:
Download the zip file to the desktop, double click to open the ZoomIt folder and unzip contents, drag the ZoomIt.exe file to the desktop. When you double click on the ZoomIt.exe file to launch a small icon will show up on the task bar.

This free online file conversion tool will allow you to upload a file into the website, choose the format, enter your email address, and wait for the file to be sent to you. This is an easy way to convert file formats and it is completely FREE!

Convert up to five videos per day up to 100 mb each using the FREE version, this site allows you to convert online video for use in other applications. A premium version is also available.

Prezi is a zooming presentation tool built around a web page.
Format Factory requires a download, and is a FREE multifunctional media converter.
